Cascade Enforcement Agency hires and trains individuals with the right skill set for a particular contract.  We hire some individuals with experience and some that will receive training and experience through our in-house training program.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements for each position:

Patrol/Alarm Officer Requirements:

  • 23 years of age
  • 3 years Security/Military/Police Experience
  • Current Valid Drivers License
On-site Office Requirements:

  • 18 years of age
  • 1 year of Security Experience
  • Reliable means of transportation

Some of our additional hiring preferences include:

  • Continuing education in the field with certifications in hand cuffing, pepper spray and baton training.
  • Certification in CPR/ First Aide /AED or commitment to get certified within a set time frame upon employment.
  • Three year clean driving record in order to join our patrol division but all must have good transportation to and form work.
  • At least two years security experience or military experience to qualify for an unarmed security agent and three years for an armed agent.

Our agents receive training in specialized areas including:

  • CPR and AED (automatic external defibrillator)
  • First Aid
  • OC, a derivative of cayenne pepper used as a defensive spray agent
  • Handcuff procedure
  • Firearm procedure

Cascade Enforcement Agency does hire a few individuals each year with a clean record and high school education that go through our in-house training program. We also have experience training working professionals that may have never worked in the security industry but have a strong management background.
